Refund Policy

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
